Third Kind Games

MAVRIX is an open-world, multiplayer mountain biking game created by pro rider and Red Bull athlete Matt Jones. Developed by Third Kind Games (known for Forza Horizon 4 and Sea of Thieves), MAVRIX spans 100 km² of terrain inspired by the rugged Welsh landscape, from downhill tracks to massive slopestyle lines and expansive bike parks.

MAVRIX successfully launched into early access on Steam and Epic Games Store in July 2025, with the console port launching just six months later on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in January 2026.

There is a global community growing behind the game, as players can compete for real-world prizes on global leaderboards for downhill and Slopestyle trails, as well as climb the rankings for real-world brand and sponsorship tracks. With authentic physics, dual-stick controls, and detailed suspension, MAVRIX gives riders precision and freedom to express their style while staying true to the sport.
